St. Joseph’s Villa (SJV) is one of Ontario’s largest and most innovative long term care homes. From long-term care for seniors and the most vulnerable, to convalescent care for those recovering from surgery, to respite care to support caregivers and families, to hospice care for patients and families facing a life-limiting illness, St. Joseph’s Villa has been caring for the community for nearly 140 years. SJV also offers vibrant community hub offering interactive year-round Adult Day Program and independent retirement living and accommodations for those over age 55.

St. Joseph’s Lifecare Centre (SJLC), Brantford is breaking ground with a new concept of health care, one that combines Long Term Care with Brant County’s first Hospice, as well as a centre for Research and Academics. SJLC is the largest Long Term Care facility in Brantford and Brant County with 205 beds providing a multi-generational place of care, hope and education.

St. Joseph’s Home Care (SJHC) tailors home care programs to meet the needs of each individual client. They serve a wide variety of clients with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Services include a number of home support programs; assisted living in supportive housings, and Neighbourhood Model for Seniors at Risk; as well as retirement living and respite care in partnership with CityHousing Hamilton.

SJHC has a dedicated staff of approximately 350 employees and provide community home care services for the Hamilton-Niagara and Haldimand-Brant area.

St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph (SJHCG) has been serving the Guelph and Wellington community since the day it first opened its doors as a refuge for the sick, the injured, the frail and the indigent in 1861. Today, SJHCG is Guelph’s leading, fully accredited, not-for-profit provider of resident long-term care, complex continuing care, and rehabilitation services. St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH) delivers high-quality, evidence based, compassionate care to patients in Hamilton-Niagara-Haldimand-Brant and beyond. SJHH is a leading academic health science and research centre. Home to more than 5,000 staff, 700 physicians and 1000 volunteers, St. Joe’s is a multi-site, regional, tertiary centre, renowned for its strength in respiratory care, kidney and urinary care, mental health and addictions, surgical services, cancer surgery and women’s and infants’ care. SJHH’s emergency department sees more than 50,000 patients a year.
