Guelph affordable housing project for seniors receives $800K from city
Legal woes for one affordable housing project may have proven beneficial for another.
At Monday evening’s meeting of council, councillors unanimously supported granting $800,000 from the city’s affordable housing reserves to a project intended to provide affordable housing for seniors on Westmount Road.
